I've played sports and lifted lifted throughout high school. I also continued to lift till I was about 21. I am now 24 just had my birthday yesterday. With that said I stopped drinkikng alcohol so much and the only meat I eat is salmon. I started my journey towards veganism in January during this process I lost 20lbs going from 165-145. I knew I needed to hit the weights again so I started working out. My first we as it always is MY ENTIRE BODY WAS SORE. I literally could move a muscle Without feeling the burn. I got my package of the overtraining solution in the mail on week 2 and i couldn't feel any better. I do not feel the need to skip a day due to the amount of soreness I have. The product is great. I combine this with the Super Foods in my whey protein (plain all the way, baby!) drink. Mostly one scoop a day, whereas I may have the Super Foods again in another drink that day. Overtraining Solution brings it up that step more. 40s, and even with less than eight hours of sleep, I can train at the same level without soreness or need of linament.
