I combine this with the Super Foods in my whey protein (plain all the way, baby!) drink. Mostly one scoop a day, whereas I may have the Super Foods again in another drink that day. Overtraining Solution brings it up that step more. 40s, and even with less than eight hours of sleep, I can train at the same level without soreness or need of linament.
