These movements, in my opinion if done properly, will completely prime your body for more advanced training and strengthen your body for pretty much any sport or activity. These movements are not specific to bodybuilding and will aid you in having a structurally sound and solid physique.

I started doing some powerlifting, this takes it to a different level and it's only my second week. The pump is unreal, and I am glad that I bought this program. Thank you for introducing this.

I am very happy with this eBook , Mike Rashid knows how to make you work even when learning the basics. The workouts are hard but not to intense , the thing that killed me was the sprints

I haven't had the opportunity to only focus on working out and utilizing my products but I am extremely confident in them. I was a collegiate athlete and also a fitness trainer and I'm excited and in awe from the instruction and overall value and help the products bring into my daily grind.

Being an Army veteran, there is a sense of pride and confidence that has been instilled in me.It has been my privilege to serve with fellow paratroopers of the 4/25 infantry battalion stationed in JBER, Alaska. Post service, like so many other vets, I find myself overweight reminiscing about feats of the past, peak physical form, and wondering how I let myself go. Mastering the basics has taught me 3 major things. 1. Military training is not designed to educate you on how to gain and maintain a healthy life style. 2. Educating myself on how to acquire and improve the body I want is simple. 3. No matter what goal I have set for myself, the fundamentals within this book can be scaled and built onto to achieve those goals. Mike Rashid is an artist. The careful selection of each workout in the book and how it is prepared shows his dedication to his craft and his customers.
Thank you for providing me with the tools I needed to regain my physique and create a healthier lifestyle.

These days every program is so diffucult and hard to figure it out it makes you shy away from doing it. This program is so simple a child could figure it out and its supper effective Mike Rashid has come up with yet another gem.

The program is perfect for somebody who hasn't been training for that long. It is really good to get the main lifts and later you can build up on this foundation. Love it.
