I have been lifting for a few years and have always been an athlete. But this regiment is definitely the truth! Of course if you short change yourself with light weights you will not get the full benefits of this program. But I love it; heck I'm sore typing this lol.

I've never bought a program before since I never really felt that the people behind it felt real you know? And also because I never really had any problem creating my own programs after constantly watching people like ct, rob & mike on youtube, but man..I started this program with a friend of mine and it has kept on delivering more than I could have asked for.

Love it! Thanks mike for sharing this with us. Keeps the body an muscles confused and sore as hell but at the same time it's making a beast out of you! I always said I would never buy a workout routine or anything. But I have NO regrets for purchasing this program! !! Would recommend this to anyone rather trying to get big or lean. It's all in mikes workout! !! Now stop reading these Damn reviews and purchase the workout if you really trying to take to the next level!

I have been training for 13 years now. I've tried many programs including crossfit. But im the type of person who likes bodybuilding with power training and functional training. And ive only been doing this for a lil over a week. It will have you trying to catch your breath the whole time and the pump is ridiculous. To me anything that Mike Rashid puts out is the best and hardest traing you can do. I cant wait to to the results after ive been doing this for atleast a month. Very excited, extremely motivated!!

I have been following Mike Rashid for years. I have watched every YouTube video with him, Big Rob, and the great CT Flecther... This Ebook is definitely not for beginners, but it provides essential intensity for those whom might have plateaued like myself. Stupid pump is an understatement when you finish your workouts! People in the gym will stare at you in amazement and that is why I endorse his programs! Keep up the good work Mike!
