The only thing I can say to everyone out there that is trying to build mass for their legs is I pray that you have been doing leg workouts somewhat prior to doing this program, because if you don't you are going to want to quit after the first darn day! I myself have neglected legs for a long time and only half did legs if I even did them at all. After the second workout I got over the vomit feeling. Now I just limp out the gym when I'm done. There isn't a day that doesn't go by that I don't feel some tension in my legs from the prior workout. Week 3 day 1? is a B-I-T-C-H!.....I looked at the workout and said ...pffff...I can handle this today...yeah ok....I could go on for days about this program...It is by far the best program I purchased. I used to hate leg day, now I love it, because I am beginning to see the results of this high demand program....get it please!
